Chocolate has often been blamed for acne and tooth decay. Some of us hate chocolate due to its reputation for having low nutritional value and fattening effects. However, recently researches have proven that such accusations are either false or overstatedhttp://matcuoi.com.
 
 DARK Chocolate is considered by many as an anti- depressant because it contains of endorphin, opoids, and other stimulants like theobromine and caffeine which are helpful in lowering stress level. These substances create the feeling of happy, reduce stress as well as create relaxed mind.  That is why chocolate can give us inspiration as we feel relaxed and have lots of ideas.
DARK Chocolate also works as antioxidant. Antioxidants is are plant compounds that remove free radicals from the bloodstream by providing a compatible compound with which the free radical can attach, without causing any cellular or DNA damage, and without producing further free radicals.  Dark chocolate contains a lot of flavonoids, a type of antioxidants that have been shown in medical studies that provide protection to the vascular system, brain as well as heart. Antioxidants has been proven to reduce certain diseases especially heart disease. Thus, eating a bar of dark chocolate twice a week could save your life if you are heart attack sufferer.

Yes, if you overeating it. But, the fact is some of the fats in chocolate do not impact your cholesterol. The fats in chocolate are 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 stearic acid and 1/3 palmitic acid. Oleic Acid is a healthy monounsaturated fat that is also found in olive oil.  Stearic Acid is a saturated fat but one which research is shown has a neutral effect on cholesterol or does not raise bad cholesterol (LDL). Palmitic Acid is also a saturated fat, one which raises cholesterol and heart disease risk. That means only 1/3 of the fat in dark chocolate is bad for you.


But, PLEASE, PLEASE AND PLEASE, remember to consume dark chocolate in moderation as a part of your diet.
